Well, I didn't post yesterday...

mostly because I was feeling more than just a bit guilty - I blew it...not with bad stuff, but I blew it nonetheless. So, if I'm going to be honest about what I'm eating, I need to fess up...so here it is...my full confession...

I had started the day out well - had my protein shake for breakfast and some Omega 3 yogourt for a mid-morning snack, but then got derailed by going out for East Indian at lunch with a friend of mine from Apache. I tried to be good....I had some tomato rice, and lots of the veggie curries, but the butter chicken was calling my name along with the nan, so I kind of overdid it. I was stuffed until well into the evening, but rather than make myself a salad for dinner, which is what I SHOULD have done, I ended up cooking a bunch of whole wheat spaghetti and chowing down on that for dinner instead...NOT a good choice.

So...that's it...my full confession...at work last night I also had some wheat thins and a granola bar - but have counted that into today's calories...as it was about 2 am when that little urge hit. I've still managed to stay away from the chocolate - kind of funny when I think that the last time I had any chocolate was at the party at the end of October...

Okay...total calories for yesterday was 2849 Fat: 24% (5% sat, 6% poly, 10% mono), carbs: 45% and protein: 31%

Today I felt like I'd been on a bender, and I'm sure I looked like it a breakfast too...I went to Primal for the usual bagel then slept and made some ground turkey mixed with a few spices and some thai peanut sauce (along with some other stuff - I tend to kinda cook by throwing a bunch of stuff that I think would taste good together and I haven't totally screwed it up yet), threw in some frozen mixed veggies and then put the concoction over brown rice - not bad really...

total calories: 1759 Fat: 34% (11% sat, 5% poly, 12% mono), Carbs: 44% and protein: 22%
