okay...quick post and then I'm off to bed
Okay...started work at Apache today - YAY!!!
Eating today was a bit weird, but hopefully will be better tomorrow - breakfast was a protein shake, lunch was some leftover rice and teriyaki beef, along with some left over whole wheat spaghetti. Dinner was some pork roast, some mixed veggies and potatoes, along with a couple of rolls and a mandarin orange. I got the munchies just before I came home and had some wheat thins.
Total calories: 2057, Fat: 20% (6% sat, 1% poly, 7% mono), Carbs: 50%, and protein: 31%.
I'm almost back in line again...these 15 hour days are going to be the end of me, but I think I'll survive...off to bed now...g'night!

Hi there. Looks like you are doing good. So what is your goal for calories in a day? and what is your goal with the protein/carbs split? My advice is still eat more fruit and veggies!!
