Hmmm...it's been a couple of days, eh?


I figured it was time to upload a new photo - does anyone see any difference at all????
Well, it's now Thursday, after a longish Wednesday - I worked on making my notes to study from for the midterm on Monday (man, this going back to school thing is hard!!) and then had to go do an overnight awake shift. I came back into town this morning and immediately had to go to Apache to get everything signed up - I start next Wednesday - YAY!! Then it was back out to Wildcat for an 8 hour shift - I just got in.
I had NO time to sleep today...so I'm feeling pretty bagged, so this may be kind of short.
Yesterday's eating: oatmeal for breakfast, and then a big salad for lunch with a banana, I thawed some ground turkey and fried it up and made a sort of meat sauce to go over some spaghetti for dinner before I left for work.
Total calories: 1955, Fat: 39% (6% sat, 21% poly, 9% mono), Carbs: 37% and protein: 24%
Today I felt like the walking dead - and still do...it's going to be crazy trying to juggle the stuff out at Wildcat with the stuff at Apache, but I need to get caught up on some bills and sock some money away for Australia - so, hopefully some short term pain will mean long term gain.
I had a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast along with a coffee with one cream and fake sugar in it. Lunch was the leftover turkey, and dinner was some smokies and perogies (not the healthiest choice, but I was at the house and didn't have time to pack anything up to take with me).
Total for today then is: 1725 calories Fat: 40% (16% sat, 6% poly, 15% mono), Carbs: 42% and Protein: 18% - yikes!!!
