Man, it's cold outside!!

There's a bite in the air and I'm not liking it...went out for a meeting at the home today, which was interesting - lots of stuff said but not much done there. We'll see what happens on the weekend, but if it's anything like what happened last weekend, it's going to be a gong show.

Never got a call from Apache, but I'll try to touch base with them tomorrow and see what's up there - it would be nice to know, as I may be working more hours out in Cochrane instead, but we'll see. I have a 12 hour night shift to do tomorrow night, so at least I'll have plenty of time to study. I have three more modules to make notes on, and hopefully I can do that tomorrow during the day, and then just study tomorrow night.

Eating today was kind of hard to gauge after lunch, as I went out for chinese food with my dad and some of his friends after the meeting in Cochrane. So...for breakfast, it was oatmeal, lunch was two PBJ sandwiches (with low fat peanut butter and low sugar jam), then a banana muffin at about 6:30. Then it kind of got hard to track, as I can't find anything comparable in FitDay - but I'll do my best. I've looked all over the place on the net and can't find anything here that will give me the slighest idea with regard to what I had for dinner for calories anyway - all I can remember was it was about 3 oz of ginger beef, about a cup of steamed rice, 1/2 cup of curried noodles with veggies, some chicken with veggies, some green beans in black bean sauce, 3 pieces of salt and pepper seafood, and some very spicy veggies with cashew nuts (I had about 1/2 c). So, I'm figuring that based on my intake beforehand, that I'm going to try to side on overestimating what I had in terms of caloric intake today...and try to juggle with the rest.

I'm figuring that it must have been about 2500 calories total (it was 1,071 prior to dinner). Fat was 26% before dinner, (I'm guessing that after that would probably jump up to 35% or so and the breakdown would be something like: 8% sat, 8% poly, 11% mono), carbs were 61% before dinner, probably stayed relatively the same post dinner, and protein was 14% which probably wouldn't have changed much either, but who knows??

So, today was a bit of a write-off - back on board tomorrow.

Hey Kirsten -

I think you were a bit too nice to the ex in your reply, but you did get your point across. Good for you for taking the high road.

Looks like your diet has good variety in it, including healthy doses of sushi (I could also do that every day).

Good luck with the work opportunities. Something will come your way!

Jon
