Does anyone remember the pre-Walt Disney Winnie-the-Pooh?
I've had the poem going through my head all day...
"The more it snows (Tiddly-pom)
The more it goes (Tiddly-pom)
The more it goes (Tiddly-pom)
On snowing
And nobody knows (Tiddly-pom)
How cold my toes (Tiddly-pom)
How cold my toes (Tiddly-pom)
Are growing"
Don't ask me why it's stuck in my head- maybe a throwback to when I was young and I remember my dad very quietly in the corner of the room reading to us from A.A. Milne's classic. Either that or it's the fact that winter's coming - I haven't completely sussed it out yet.
Anyway, my mood is much improved, thank you, and I'm starting to feel somewhat human again - although it was a rough night last night at work.
Eating: I had a breakfast bagel at Primal again this morning, then slept and had an almond butter & jam toastwich when I woke up. I'm heading out to Gabriele's for dinner, so we'll see what sort of din-din she cooks in exchange for help with her hair (maybe I should eat first .THEN attack the hair...).
I'll update this with totals tomorrow morning when I get home from work.
Dinner was some carrots, lots of lettuce with a really yummy dressing, some rice and a bit of steak...

Hey Kirsten -
Winnie the Pooh might sound funny to many people, but there's a lot of wisdom to be found in that approach to life. So keep on humming those poems, and keep that wonderful positive energy of yours in full swing. If only the Garage Gang had more people like you, we'd really be a rocking group.
It's easy to sit amongst peers and consider them to all be successful. But don't for a minute exclude yourself from that category. You bring an incredible amount of vibrancy to the group, and your success at that has made the entire Gang a great success.
You are on exactly the right track, and your success will come from making the right decisions and sticking with them, no matter what speed bumps you encounter along the way. I'm truly excited for you.
Thanks for the postings... I'm reading them all.
Jon
