Wednesday cometh...
And with it, the cold and snow...YECH!!
I'm not sure how the interveiw went, I was maybe a bit too honest with them - but hopefully that will count for something...I should know in a week or so if I totally kyboshed it or not.
I'm still in a really weird headspace - sometimes I'm okay and other times I kinda crater - my mind was wandering all over the place in yoga tonight - usually a sign that I'm stressed.
Hopefully I'll shake this off and get on with my life again.
Eating today: Breakfast was the usual (oatmeal), lunch was some chicken breast with green beans and some whole wheat spaghetti, dinner was a protein shake, apple and some yogurt.
Total calories: 1700 Fat: 14% (2% sat, 4% poly, 6% mono) Carbs: 52% and Protein: 34%
