And another week is almost done...
I just got off my bike and am now plagued by the turkey burger burps...UGH! I really should wait a bit before I get on the bike, but I promised myself that I would try to eat before 6 every night (and I've been pretty good regarding this aspect so far). I had a really restful day - didn't do too much and read some more of my course (I really have to get ready for the midterm).
I'm a bit stiff after all the raking yesterday - my right arm is a bit sore, but it's a good kind of sore. Nice to use the muscles in a different way from time to time.
The eating is still on track. Today was oatmeal for breakfast again with a banana. Lunch was the last of the spaghetti and meat sauce (now I have to think of something else to keep for extras) - it makes it easier to stay on track if you have something sensible already made that you just have to nuke for a meal. Dinner was turkey burgers and veggies. Thanks to Daniel for the secret to keeping them together - all it meant was adding an egg and some bread crumbs and they turned out great!!!
One hour on the bike tonight and my usual ab workout - the bike ride seems to have burned 560 calories according to my HRM. I think the crunches that I do burn about 100 as well, so I guess I'm running well with burning what I'm eating.
Total calories today was:2366 Fats: 30% (finally nailed it!!) (8% sat, 8% poly, 11% mono), Carbs: 46% (at least that's down a bit) and Protein: 23%. Things are definitely looking up!!
Okay...gotta go feed the dog who's hovering at the moment, finish the abs and then get to work...g'night all!!

Hey Kirsten -
I haven't checked your site for several days so it was good to get caught up here. Glad to see you're doing well in spite of the work challenges. No going back now!
