Well, it's been an interesting Saturday again!
I've had to go on no sleep again...had to take a course this morning right after work and I was there from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm - and I've only managed a couple of hours of sleep - ARGH!! I'm sort of feeling like the walking dead at the moment.
Not being able to have my breakfast bagel at Primal almost put me into the withdrawal jitters, so I tried to do the next best thing - I stopped at McDonald's and had two breakfast burritos. I figured that substituting the tortillas for the bagel, and just having egg and a bit of sausage mixed in would be a better choice than the alternative (an egg McMuffin or their breakfast bagel) and I think I made a good one. Lunch was some tuna, a banana and a huge salad (man, the custom food builder in Fitday is wonderful!), and dinner was some chicken breasts, brown rice and some veggies. I'm pretty close to hitting the 40/30/30 today, but still not quite on the mark. One of the newer developments as well is that I'm finding that I'm able to get full on less food. That's got to be a good thing!
Anyhoo...gotta do abs before I go to work, so here's the summary for today:
Total Calories: 2052, Fat: 32% (7% saturated, 17% poly, 7% mono) Carbs: 42% (finally got that sucker down), and Protein: 25%.
No signs yet of the usual sabotage bug - let's hope I can stave it off for a bit yet!!
I'm hoping to go into hibernation on Monday...I may have to go out to celebrate one of the client's birthday tomorrow, so I'm not sure how sleep is going to figure into it...
I've also turned on a word verification here, so that if you want to leave comments, you'll have to type in a security word - hopefully it will kill all the ridiculous spam that I've been getting here!!! Keep your fingers crossed that it works!!
