The train is back on track
I'm working this week out at the group home - so it's a bit of money at least. I still haven't heard back on any of the resumes that I've sent out - there are a bunch of them floating around these days...I keep telling myself the Law of Large Numbers will kick in eventually.
Hopefully something will come up soon to put my mind at ease - let's hope anyway...
The day went something like this: one can of ensure for breakfast, an apple as a mid-morning snack, then salad and a banana for lunch, followed by some non-fat yogourt for a mid-afternoon snack. Dinner consisted of chicken, whole wheat spaghetti, and veggies.
Total calories:2194 Fat: 26% (7% sat, 8% poly, 9% mono) Carbs: 52%, Protein: 21%
Because of my whacked-out work schedule, I've curtailed the next goal until next week. I have a mammogram and ultrasound next week, as well as a mole removal...hopefully everything will be okay, and I can continue life as usual.
