Wow...here it is - Thursday

I've finally made it through a day without getting nauseous or having a headache (must have been fat/carb withdrawal). I had a very emotional meeting with Andrea, my nutritionist today, and between the two of us, I think we're going to work together to keep everything ticking along in a sensible way...in fact, we've already figured out the next goal - so stay tuned!!! I'm stoked again - she always does me good - with her history of running marathons, it's great that she knows what I go through, and has ways and means to keep me fired up and dedicated - Thank you, Andrea!!!
I also thought it might be good to add a photo - then add more once a month or so, to see if there is any visible difference...it's a start anyway, right? Now, all I need to do is teach Aramis how to use the camera!!
Quick run-down of the day -
Breakfast as usual (oatmeal and brown sugar), Lunch was some whole wheat spaghetti and some chicken (the Safeway kind that is rotisseried - I pulled the skin off it), an can of ensure for a snack before swimming, and then some mixed vegetables for dinner after swimming.
Total calories: 1578, Fat content: 33% - which apparently is okay - monosaturates at 12%, both polyunsaturates at 12% and saturated sitting at 7%.
