So far today

337.5 g oatmeal for breakfast with brown sugar = 286 calories
325 g of salad (salsa supreme) = 385 calories
500g skim milk = 173 calories
Fat free Flavored cream for tea = 80 calories
12 oz red wine = 248 calories
2 baby ahi tuna tacos w/ a bit of lime dressing
Chicken souvlaki pita with side salad and vinagrette dressing

Total = best guess from FitDay is 1906 calories

37 grams of fat based on package labels (rounds out to about 21% of my total inake for the day - 10% from Monounsaturated fats and 4% from saturated fats).

Day one - on track!!!

Hey Kirsten. I found it! If you want to cut down on fat/calories try the Instant Oatmeal from Quaker with Reduced Brown Sugar. It's only 126 calories a packet. Not sure of the fat content. Diane
