Monday again...wow! Two weeks already!
Okay...I'm dead dog tired and will try to make this short...
Eating today: 1 can Ensure on the way to work this morning, then some granola (sans lait) as a mid morning snack. Lunch was a big salad and some tuna mixed with the no fat miracle whip. Dinner was turkey with all the trimmings...so I was a bit (okay, WAY) over on my calorie count today.
Total tally: 2870 calories, 31% fat (7% saturated, 9% poly, 13% mono), and 51% carbs and 18% protein (I ate a lot of veggies with dinner!!)
Okay...off to shower now, and then I'm going to crash...
