I keep missing Saturdays...

Well, work this weekend was uneventful - no issues and everything and everybody in the house behaved themselves.

Met up with the Gang at Primal on Saturday morning for breakfast, then home to sleep. Dad called me at about 4, saying that I've been invited over to Brian and Candice's for dinner on Monday - hope it works out okay, as I'll be in Cochrane until 6 or so (one of the clients will be coming back after a home visit, so I'm not sure what the protocol there is). Hopefully I'll be there before it gets too late, and I'll be able to behave myself!!

Eating on Saturday went like this: Breakfast was the traditional Primal Grounds Breakfast bagel, along with a chai latte made with skim milk. I slept until 4, got up and made a peanut butter and jam sandwich (unsweetened peanut butter and a low sugar fruit compote). I did my crunches (wow, has it really been almost a week?) and then had dinner which was brown rice and yogourt (not the best, but hey, I was in a hurry).

Total Calories: 1647 Fats: 24% (8% saturated, 4% Poly, 9% mono) Carbs: 58% Protein: 19%

Okay, Sunday's eating went something like this: I got hungry at about 3:30 am and had some sun chips (about 10) and some st0ned wheat thins (4)...then got home and slept. I woke up at about 4 and had a pbj sandwich, and then waited until about 8 to eat. Dinner was some chicken, whole wheat spaghetti and some mixed veggies. I'm all full up now!!!

Total Calories: 1639, fat: 33% (7% sat, 9% poly, 14% mono), Carbs: 43%, and protein: 24%.

Time to set a new goal tomorrow, and Thanksgiving dinner to boot!! YIPES!!!
