Another one for the History Books

Well, another week has come and gone, and with it, I've managed to stay pretty much on track again. I guess that should be a good thing...

Stephen and Rosemary are now in Kathmandu, waiting to get onto the Annapurna trail...lucky them!!!

I'm pulling a double shift tonight, so don't have much time to update this...forgive me!!!

My eating has become somewhat mundane...LOL

Breakfast was 2 All Bran bars. An apple mid morning, then PBJ sandwiches and a banana for lunch, then yogourt for a mid-afternoon snack, followed by two pieces of pizza and a HUGE salad for dinner. I did have a bit of a slip, and had about an ounce of chocolate chips....MAN, they were sweet!! You don't realize how you get sensitized to it until you don't have anything horribly sweet for two weeks...it really hits your system!!!

Total calories: 1688 fat was 35% (11% Saturated, 8% poly, and 13% mono), Carbs were 51% and protein was 14% (I still have to bump up my protein intake I think).

Okay...off to do my ab exercises, shower, feed the dog and get back to work...
