Where does the time go?
Just realized that it's almost the middle of October...where on earth did the whole year go? Only two months left and what have I accomplished? Hmmm...well there are a few things, but I'll leave that for my NYE blog...
The week has been eventful, at least - I've forgotten how hard it is to work with developmentally challenged people - it's definitely had it's ups and downs, but all in all, it's been a pretty good week (at least on my shift). Tomorrow's going to be the test though - I'm working 20 out of 24 hours (all awake), so I should be well into Zombieville come Saturday morning.
I was wrong about Stephen and Rosemary, they're safely sequestered in Singapore for the time being, which has put my mind at ease somewhat.
Life continues...
Today: total calories: 1714, 26% fat (7% sat, 6% poly, 11% mono), 56% carbs and 18% protein - guess I should try to up the protein and drop the carbs somewhat - I have to go grocery shopping (which probably won't be until Tuesday at least!!!).
Breakfast was an apple and an All Bran bar (and yes, they really do taste great - although almost too sweet), lunch was some peanut butter and Jam sandwiches and a banana, and dinner was chili with some macaroni. Snack was some fat free yogourt.
