Oops...almost missed a day...
I'm late, I'm late...crapski!!
Okay...it was a really tough weekend for one of the girls at the house, so a fairly stressful weekend all around, but I made it through - we have a staff meeting out there on Tuesday...so we'll see how that goes...
I didn't have enough calories today, but I'll attribute it to the fact that I had a REALLY good sleep today.
I got home, and made some oatmeal for breakfast then crashed....I had a late lunch (around 5) and haven't really been hungry since. I made some green beans, some ground turkey, and some whole wheat spaghetti for "dinner".
Total calories: 999 Fat: 27% (6% sat, 8% poly, and 10% mono) Carbs: 49% and Protein: 23%
I'm really hoping that I get a call about the job in Kelowna...keep your fingers crossed...
