Uh oh...this was a bad day!!!

I kinda blew it - not so much with the sweets, but with other foods - no excuse though, I was 1,000 calories over what I had wanted to stick to - I really need to stop this before it gets too bad again.

Breakfast was oatmeal again - I had some Omega 3 yogurt with it to change it up a bit, then the last of the chili with some spaghetti for lunch. I think that dinner was where I totally slipped off track. I went for a drink with Nicki and Gabriele - she didn't drink of course - but I had a hot chocolate with some liqueur in it. Then I met dad for sushi and had my usual (edamame, 1/2 a bowl of miso soup and half a salad, some tuna, salmon, scallops and eel), but also added some dumplings and some teriyaki beef to the mix, where I think it kind of pulled things off the tracks.

Total calories: 2924 Fat: 32% (10% sat, 7% poly, 12% mono), Carbs: 38% and protein: 27%

OOPS!!!!!
