A better day...
I'm tired, and my alarm clock didn't go off this morning - it's a good thing that I have a good internal clock and managed to wake up at 6 - despite no alarm! Got into work at Apache at 7:30 and put in 5 hours there before I blasted off back home and off to Cochrane.
It was a good night at the house too - everyone behaved very well and it makes the job so much easier when you're not dealing with crisis after crisis.
Okay...eating today - brekkie was a protein shake again, then some yogurt for a snack. I got home and had a huge salad and a banana for lunch, then took off for the house - had a couple of apple newtons and then dinner, which was some pork chops cooked in sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and some mixed veggies.

Back to put a full day in at Apache in the morning and then a full night in at Wildcat...I hope I can survive!!!

Yoiks Kirsten... when I read this I definitely see a candle burning at both ends, with high-octane wax in the middle..! I hope you can hang on with this kind of schedule -- I know that I sure couldn't.
Good to see your eating habits get back on track... it's important not to let things slip, especially when you go out on social occassions. I think it should be possible to have a drink with the gals and not derail the plan, if you do it sensibly (yes you can take that as a friendly admonishment).
As for me, I'm back from the field so just getting caught up on your Ramblings. Hope to see you at Primal Grounds on Saturday!
